New Customers      

Step 1: Click on "Create an Account"

Step 2: Choose a country from the drop down list and enter in your email address.

Step 3: Fill in the required *starred fields under Contact Information, Billing Information, and Username & Password.

*In the MEMBER ID field enter the number "1" fifteen times. (ie: 111111111111111)*

-This step is essential. In order to get member pricing the Member ID field must be filled in.

-For those who have an official ADA Member ID card you may also use the 15 digit number located above your name.

Once you have created an account, each time you return to http://store.diabetes.org just click on "Sign In" and enter your username and password.  This will allow you to get member pricing for future purchases.
